Last year I went to the Apple Store in Las Vegas and when an employee saw that I had my PB with me. He asked if I didn't want to check email or anything. He pulled a cushion up for me and I thought he was going to fluff it. They were very courteous and wanted to make sure I had a good experience in the store even though I made it clear I was not there to buy anything.
