My company is making the switch to OS X. As a part of the graphics department I am uneasy about leaving a solid work flow behind and moving to new machines (G5s), a new OS (X), and updated software all at the same time. Also, the work load is going to be increasing for my group right after the IT department wants to make the switch. All my programs will work in OS X except Quark 4.1 and my charting software. I am told that I can do my work in Quark in the Classic mode. Quark is my main program. Is there anyone out there that has tried to work in emulation mode on a full time day-to-day basis? I have thought to migrate to OS X later when Quark has matured for the new operating system. I would appreciate advice and comments about your experiences with Quark 4.1 in Classic. Thanks.
