Although I've never used any of them (for obvious reasons), there are a number of third-party utilities that will allow you to copy your music from your iPod to your Windows-based computer. Seeing as I'm not in a position to recommend one over the others, I would recommend going to a place like download.com, searching for "iPod" in the "Windows utility" category, and choosing from among the results that you find.

Just keep in mind that none of these utilities is sanctioned by Apple, meaning that you're on your own as far as where it may lead you (although you can always come back here if you run into trouble).
