I've had my ipod for less than 24 hours. I charged the battery for about 30 minutes then hooked it to my computer with the optional dock connector with USB (PC laptop, sorry). After loading software and firing up itunes i was ready to load onto ipod. After i did, the display said "ok to disconnect" and i did so. Then, i couldn't get the display to change. The battery indicator had only a battery outline with a lightning bolt over the left side of the battery. i looked in the users manual and did a "reset". Nothing. I reloaded software. Nothing. I sat overnight without power as instructed by ipod support. Nothing. Another concern is that the USB doesn't seem to be synching with the ipod and there's no ipod icon on itunes regardless of what i do. Help !!!
